• Assembly Friday September 20 from 2 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
  PLEASE NOTE, only Friday AFTERNOON for assembly. Everyone be there at 2 p.m.
• End of tests Saturday September 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
• pen to the public Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch free for exhibitors
• Gala meal Saturday evening, from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., in the “Le Mistral” restaurant in the Cité du Train: aperitif and meal €30 per person, plus drinks.

• General meeting sunday morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in a room of the museum
• 6:00 p.m. : Transferring the flag Caen -> Zagreb
• Disassembly sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Guided tour of the museum on Monday morning €13 per person. 2 groups: one in French, the other in German.
• Tuesday morning visit to the Doller railway installations (free).
• Monday afternoon will be free. A list of proposed visits will be precised later.
